1.1Agreement on Registration

4.2Own Funds Only

All deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. 68ph does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds used for gaming must be legitimately owned by you and should not be borrowed or drawn from sources you cannot afford to lose.

4.3Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed in accordance with 68ph's standard processing schedule, which is described on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. 68ph may hold or delay a withdrawal pending identity verification, anti-fraud review, or compliance checks. Withdrawals will be sent to a payment account registered under the same name as the 68ph account.

4.4No Refund on Settled Bets

Once a wager has been accepted and settled according to the stated rules of the relevant game or market, the outcome is final. Deposits used to fund settled bets are not refundable. If a technical error affects a game outcome, the relevant clause under Section 05 applies.

5.1Game-Specific Rules

12.2Closure by the Player

13.1Applicable Jurisdiction
